Next Steps after Consultation
After the consultation and initial deposit, Mauzie can now begin to create the first sketches and drawings. At this point, Mauzie can clearly define the design, budget, and timeline.
It’s at this point that you start to get a great idea of what your completed piece will look like via Mauzie’s detailed work-ups and drawings.
A wax model is the first tangible vision of your custom jewelry piece. Through precise carving and sculpting of specialized jewelry wax, we create a detailed three-dimensional prototype that lets you see and feel your design before it’s cast in precious metal.
This crucial step allows us to perfect every curve and detail, ensuring your final piece matches your dream exactly.
After your approval of the initial sketches, Mauzie then renders the image utilizing Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs. These renderings further define the details and intricacies of the piece which aids Mauzie in the final step of the jewelry design process.
From Vision to reality
With the special meaning behind your piece in mind along with both the sketches and CAD images, Mauzie begins the creation stage, eventually creating your one-of-a-kind jewelry piece.
