The Four Steps To A Perfect Custom Ring

Initial Consultation

At the first consultation you and Mauzie can review the basics of your ring. Some of the key points to be discussed:

What kind of material would you like used?
What kind of budget and timeline do you have?
What do you and your spouse want to see in a ring and what is your overall style!

We want to learn more about you and your relationship and not just whether or not you like a princess cut or radiant cut. After all, your wedding ring is more than a set of specifications.

But don’t think that you have to come in with a specifc idea in mind. Mauzie can help you work through your initial idea and help it grow into a detailed vision that we can work with.

Hand Drawn Sketch

Once some of the basics have been handled, Mauzie can get started with a hand-drawn sketch of your unique wedding ring. This sketch is far from the final word and is instead intended to start a dialogue between you and Mauzie so adjustments can be made.

Once the sketch has been approved, it’s time for the next step.

Computer Aided Design

Computer-Aided Design allows Mauzie to create a highly detailed design of your wedding band. This allows the final details of the piece to reviewed before the final (and most exciting) stage!

Creation

Mauzie begins work on the piece and keeps you up to date every step the way. This stage is the combination or your vision and Mauzie’s decades of skill all coming together to create a one of a kind wedding ring for that one of a kind person in your life.

I brought in a diamond bracelet that had belonged to my mother hoping to split it up to share with my brother.
